Some features on DanceOnVibes use artificial intelligence to generate or assist editorial content. This page explains where, why, and the limits of those features, in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Where AI is used
- Artist profiles — AI may assist in drafting biographical and career summaries from publicly available information.
- Festival detail and fan advice — AI may assist in generating festival descriptions and location-based travel or wellbeing guidance, sometimes using live web-search context.
- Rankings and editorial features — AI may assist drafting, but rankings are reviewed by a human editor before publication and are not produced automatically.
How it works
AI-assisted content is generated using the platform's built-in LLM integration (InvokeLLM). The data sent is the subject of the request (such as an artist or festival name and location) — not your account data, uploaded audio, or review content. This may involve a third-party model provider.
Limits of AI
- AI outputs may vary, may be incomplete, and may be inaccurate or out of date.
- AI is not a source of truth. Always check official festival, artist, and ticketing sources before making plans or purchases.
- AI-assisted travel and wellbeing guidance is general information, not professional, medical, legal, or safety advice.
- We do not claim that AI-assisted content is free of errors or bias.
Human oversight
Editorial content is reviewed by a human editor before it is published, and community-submitted AI prompts are not accepted. Where AI content is cached for performance, it may be refreshed periodically. You can report any content you believe is inaccurate or inappropriate through our reporting route.
Automated decisions and your rights
We do not use AI to make solely-automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you (UK GDPR / EU GDPR Article 22). AI assists editorial drafting only; it does not decide your access to the Service, your account, or any legal right. You can request human review of any AI-assisted content that affects you and exercise your data-protection rights in our Privacy Policy.
Your choices
AI-assisted features are optional. Browsing, rankings, and core discovery work without AI. Where an AI-assisted feature is unavailable (for example, due to service limits), the Service falls back to cached or editorial content where possible.
