By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site.
3. User-Generated Content
You may submit comments, posts, or other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant DanceOnVibes Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your User Content on the Site and in related marketing, in any media.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to grant the above licence.
4. Prohibited Conduct and Content
You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is:
- Unlawful, infringing, or violates third-party rights
- Harassing, abusive, threatening, or hateful
- Sexually explicit or obscene
- Dangerous, violent, or promoting self-harm
- Spam, misleading, or deceptive
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Violating another person's privacy
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or refuse any User Content, suspend or terminate your account, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
5. Non-Discrimination and Community Conduct
DanceOnVibes is committed to being an inclusive platform for artists, festival organisers, and fans of all backgrounds. Users must not engage in conduct that discriminates against, harasses, or incites hatred toward others on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion or belief, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, age, disability, pregnancy or maternity, or marriage/civil partnership status, in line with the protected characteristics defined under the Equality Act 2010.
Violations may include, but are not limited to: discriminatory comments or reviews, exclusion of artists or festivals from platform features based on a protected characteristic, hate speech, or harassment of other users.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently ban any user found to have violated this policy, following review by our moderation team. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate permanent suspension without prior warning.
Where conduct may meet the threshold of a criminal offence under UK law — including but not limited to racially or religiously aggravated harassment, hate speech, or malicious communications — we reserve the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement, and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

6. Intellectual Property
DanceOnVibes Limited owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, code, and other original material, unless otherwise stated. You may view and download content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication requires prior written permission.
User Content remains owned by the user as described in Section 3.
7. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Embedded content may collect data as if you visited the third-party site directly. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
8. Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DanceOnVibes Limited disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DanceOnVibes Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. DanceOnVibes Limited's total liability for any claim shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DanceOnVibes Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Upon termination, the licence granted in Section 3 survives to the extent necessary to continue displaying already published User Content unless you request removal, subject to legal requirements.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
15. Fan Vote
The DanceOnVibes Fan Vote lets registered users cast one vote per calendar month for their DJ of the Month. By participating, you agree to the following rules:
- One vote per month: each user may cast exactly one vote per calendar month (period resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st). A cast vote is final for the month and cannot be changed, transferred, or undone.
- Vote record: we store a record of which DJ you voted for, the voting period, and the time of your vote, linked to your account, for tallying, abuse prevention, and moderation.
- Voiding: votes that breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines may be voided by our moderation team. A voided vote stops counting toward the monthly aggregate immediately, but still blocks you from voting again in that same month — you may vote again the following month.
- No re-voting: there is no mechanism to recast, change, or transfer a vote within a calendar month, whether your vote is active or has been voided.
- Erasure and the monthly limit: if you request erasure of a Fan Vote record, the vote will no longer count toward the monthly aggregate, but the associated monthly voting restriction still applies for that calendar month to prevent circumvention of the one-vote-per-month rule.
